Return & Refund Policy
Refunds:
We do not refund/exchange any of our original fine art paintings except for damages during delivery.
We do not refund or accept returns of paintings if the colours of the painting look different from those you saw when you viewed the painting online. Please refer to our Colour Disclaimer.
​You need to provide us with your proof of payment when requesting a refund for a damaged painting.
​
Refunds for damaged paintings will be considered only within 30 days after delivery to the client.
Refunds are only applicable for the painting(s) on your invoice and will not be made for any delivery costs on your invoice.

Paintings that were damaged during courier delivery must be kept secured in their original packaging to be considered for a refund.
​
Please inspect your painting upon delivery for visible damages during delivery. If you see any damage, please contact the artist immediately to make arrangements for its return. We require photographs of the damaged item and also of the original packaging.

For damaged paintings that need to be returned, we will send you instructions on how and where to deliver the item to us. We do not accept returned paintings unless arrangements have been made with us.

​For damaged paintings that need to be couriered back to the artist, we will provide a reimbursement of the return courier fee upon providing us with proof of payment for this return fee.

Cancellations of Orders After Payment is Received:

A re-stretching and packaging fee will be deducted from the buyer's refund when a cancellation is received after a painting has been removed from its stretcher bars, or packed for shipping.
No cancellations will be accepted after a painting has been shipped.
